On Saturday, May 25th, we’ll gather for an exhilarating day starting with a thorough warm-up led by our Hyrox Coaches Lena & Fran to prepare for the demanding Strength and Endurance Challenges ahead. Teamed up with your partner, you’ll face a series of trials designed to push your limits, testing your strength, endurance, coordination, and camaraderie.
The grand prize? A membership for both you and your partner at Inner Flow for 1 month!
