At Inner Flow, we uphold a commitment to science and evidence, and as such, there is no joining fee. However, all our members are required to undergo our Welcome Assessment, which is priced at 299€.

The Welcome Assessment is a 1-hour individual interview with one of our Inner Flow Trainers. This comprehensive assessment includes:

1. Auto Blood Test:

– Our test will help you gain a scientific, rigorous, and personalized understanding of your actual health status. This test can be done in the privacy of your home, providing valuable insights into your blood health.

2. Body Composition Scan:

– This scan provides an overview of the distribution of fat, muscle, and bone in your body, aiding in understanding your physical composition.

3. Cardiovascular Risk Test:

– This test assesses your risk factors related to cardiovascular health, helping to identify potential concerns.

4. Mental & Physical Stress Test:

– This test gauges your response to mental and physical stressors, offering insights into your overall stress levels.

5. Functional Fitness Test:

– This test evaluates your functional fitness, assessing how well your body performs daily activities.

Once the assessment is complete, you’ll receive an Individualized Training & Recovery Program tailored to your specific results and goals, guiding you on your fitness and wellness journey.

Our Monthly Membership provides full access to the Studio, allowing unlimited class bookings, complimentary use of the gym, and the outdoor backyard box, along with access to the Spa (limited to one use per day).

All personalized services require an extra payment. Examples include Personal Training, Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Nutrition, Functional and Longevity Medicine, mental health support, coaching, and all the treatments offered in our spa therapies.

Upon purchasing a subscription, the member agrees to an automatic payment arrangement for the monthly fee, utilizing a recurring payment system through a credit or debit card. The member will fulfill a periodic monthly payment obligation throughout the term of this contract, with charges processed at the start of each calendar month.

Each membership has a different commitment period, all of which start upon the opening of Inner Flow.

– The Monthly Membership and the Class Membership have a duration of 3 full months. This commitment period is considered fulfilled after three complete billing cycles, where the corresponding charges for three consecutive monthly payments are processed. Following this initial commitment period, members are eligible to request cancellation or continue on a month-by-month commitment basis.

The option of temporary suspension is an exclusive benefit for members with both 3-month and 12-month commitment memberships and cannot last longer than 2 consecutive or non-consecutive natural months per year. During their temporary suspension, the member agrees to pay 25€ per month. Once the temporary suspension is initiated, the member will not have access to Inner Flow facilities until its completion.

To request a temporary suspension, the member must submit the request to Inner Flow in person or by email before the 20th of the month preceding the month they wish to suspend.

To request permanent termination, the member must submit a written request to Inner Flow’s email address, providing at least one month’s notice before their next payment date. The member must settle any outstanding debt with the provider before being able to terminate.

We are planning to open in the summer of 2024; however, due to ongoing construction, we cannot commit to a specific date. Members will be notified once a confirmed opening date is established.

Until the club officially opens, no additional charges will be incurred, apart from the payment made at the time of registration, covering the Welcome Assessment.

Unfortunately, the welcome assessment fee is non-refundable upon cancellation of your membership. The Welcome Assessment fee will not be refundable even if Inner Flow delays its opening, as long as the delay occurs within the year 2024.
