Freelance Indoor Cycling Coach

What are we looking for?

Inner Flow Studio is a Fitness & Wellness space committed to providing our clients with an exceptional experience. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Freelance Indoor Cycling Coach to join our team.

Your responsabilities

• Cycling Classes
  • Lead exhilarating and effective indoor cycling group classes.
  • Design and deliver engaging and challenging cycling workouts tailored to participants’ fitness levels.
• Members Care
  • Provide excellent customer care to members, offering guidance and support before, during, and after classes.
  • Foster positive relationships with members to enhance their experience and encourage regular attendance.
• Studio Ownership
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting studio space conducive to wellness and growth.
• Promotion and Marketing
  • Assist in promoting indoor cycling classes to attract new participants and retain existing ones.

Role’s requirements

• Certified indoor cycling instructor with valid ROPEC registration.
• Experience teaching indoor cycling classes and leading group sessions.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English to effectively communicate with members. Catalan appreciated.
• Passion for fitness and motivating others to achieve their fitness goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with participants and create a supportive training environment.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Additional certifications in related fields such as personal training or group fitness instruction.
  • Knowledge of cycling training techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience with music selection and playlist creation for indoor cycling classes.

Job details

• Salary: a competitive compensation on a freelance basis, with rates determined by the number of sessions scheduled.
• Starting date: June 2024

• Inner Flow Studio will provide the freelance with the class schedule for the following month 15 days in advance. If this schedule is not provided, both parties agree that the schedule for the following month will be exactly the same as the current month’s schedule.
