What are we looking for?

Inner Flow Studio is a Fitness & Wellness center committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience. We are looking for an energetic and proactive person, with exceptional customer service skills, to take on a key role in our company as Front Desk to join our team.

If you are studying &/or looking to combine it with a job on weekends in a privileged area of Barcelona and a balanced yet wonderful fitness space – this is the perfect position for you.

Your responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Provide front-of-house and reception services for the client directly.
  • Handling reception duties with care, commitment, and always in a courteous manner and proactively.
  • Managing and responding to the client’s customer’s requirements to ensure a high level of support for their experience.
  • Management of visitor access and signing in the Studio.
  • Operating a switchboard and the telephone inquiries (internal & external).
  • Distributing calls taking messages if necessary and e-mailing relevant individuals without delay.
  • Handle couriers and post deliveries and collections.
  • Keep the reception area tidy.
  • Collaborate at all times to ensure that the Studio is in good condition.
  • Check e-mails daily to react accordingly and manage information efficiently.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out according to Health and Safety policies.
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Inner Flow Sotre: stock control.
  • Daily, you will also be in charge of opening and closing the studio and cash register.
  • Any other tasks required for the role.

Membership consultant

  • Identify new member acquisition opportunities.
  • knowledge of our services and packages to provide personalized recommendations.
  • Knowledge of how to follow up on leads and prospects to convert them into active members.
  • Make follow-up calls whenever necessary.
  • Conduct guided tours and trial sessions to showcase the benefits of our studio.
  • Promote studio services and facilities
  • Follow an effective sales process and use sales closing techniques.
  • Get to know our partners and call them by name.

Teamwork

  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and achieve objectives.
  • Support the Product and Marketing team at events.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
  • Attend appropriate training courses, when necessary, and assist in the development of training to assist the entire team.
  • Act following policies and procedures when working with all team members, respect is the basis 

Role’s requirements

  • Previous experience in Reception and Customer Service, preferably in the fitness and wellness industry.
  • Alignment with our main brand values – a balanced lifestyle connected to life well-being and healthy work performance.
  • Ability to establish strong and effective relationships with customers.
  • Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales and customer service techniques and strategies.
  • Passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with common goals.
  • Excellent detail and organizational skills, being punctual and responsible.
  • A proactive person with initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Languages: fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of Catalan and other languages would be highly considered as a plus.

Job details

  • Positions: one open job position
  • Salary: 7.600€ gross annually plus incentives
  • Working Hours: a commitment of 16 hours per week on weekends
  • Starting Date: End of July 2024
