Membership Consultant

What are we looking for?

Inner Flow Studio is a Fitness & Wellness center committed to providing our customers with an exceptional experience. We are looking for energetic, proactive individuals with a passion for fitness, exceptional customer service skills, and business acumen to take on a key role in our company as a Membership Consultant member of our team.

Your responsabilities

Membership Acquisition

• Increase the number of memberships based on the overall objective of the study working as a team.
• Dissemination of sales campaigns, prospecting, and lead generation to achieve the target.
• Identify new membership opportunities.
• Analyze sales data and develop local partnerships.
• Follow-up of current partners’ activity and loyalty.
• Keep track of potential customers to convert them into active partners by calling and sending out recruitment and follow-up mailings.
• Manage and respond to customer needs and requests to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Effective information management
• Knowledge of our services and packages to provide personalized recommendations and promote the studio’s services and facilities.
• Conduct tours and trial sessions to showcase the benefits of the Studio.
• Follow an effective sales process and use sales closing techniques.
• Establish strong relationships with our partners, get to know them, understand their needs, and capture referrals.

Customer Service

• Provide reception services and customer service when necessary.
• Perform reception duties with care, commitment and always with elegance and courtesy in a proactive manner.
• Managing access and registration of visitors in the studio.
• Management of the switchboard and App.
• Telephone consultations (internal and external).
• Manage courier and mail deliveries and pick-ups.
• Maintaining the reception area and studio in good condition.
• Ensure all activities are carried out following Health and Safety policies.
• Assist in the Inner Flow Store
• Knowledge of opening or closing the studio and cash register.
• Any other duties required for the position.

Teamwork

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and achieve objectives.
• Support the Product and MKT team at events.
• Assist other departments as needed
• Attend appropriate training courses, when necessary, and assist in the development of training to assist the entire team.
• Act following policies and procedures when working with all team members, respect is the basis 

Role’s requirements

• Previous sales and customer service experience, preferably in the fitness & wellness industry.
• Alignment with our main brand values – a balanced lifestyle connected to life well-being and healthy work performance.
• Ability to establish strong and effective relationships with customers.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of sales and customer service techniques and strategies.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team with common goals.
• Excellent detail and organizational skills, being punctual and responsible.
• A proactive person with initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Languages: fluent in English and Spanish, knowledge of Catalan and other languages would be highly considered as a plus.

Membership Consultant

• Positions: two open job positions
• Salary: 15.200€ gross annually plus incentives
• Working Hours: a commitment of 32 hours per week
• Starting Date: End of April 2024
